Orders and Returns (preliminar version)
1.- Placing Orders
To place an order is very easy. The User has to select the products and the quantity who wishes to purchase and proceed to add them into the basket. The User can review the basket before completing the order.
To complete the order must go through the on-line purchasing procedure and accept payment, choosing the most convenient payment method and confirming the personal data. After formalizing this step, the User will receive an electronic mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer confirming from MARCELONA the acceptance of the order, and then we will proceed to dispatch the product. The responsability for the veracity and concretion of the data provided by the customer it is merely and exclusively from himself.
MARCELONA will supply the products subject to their availability.
The User can cancel the order for a garment at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation relating to that product.
2.- Product Availability
All our products are submitted to availability. In case of impossibility to supply the products included in the order made for any reason, we will reserve the right to inform the User about a similar product or superior quality and value, versus the requested product. In case the User will not want a substitute product, MARCELONA will proceed to refund the amount the User has paid for the unavailable product.
3.- Inability to proceed an order
We reserve the right to take any product of the site, in any moment and/or eliminate, modify any material and content of it. We do not want that this happens, but exceptional circumstances can arise and we might reject any order after accepting it. We reserve the right to cancel the transactions in any moment and manner.
All the products supplied by MARCELONA have the guarantees demanded by current legislation in the framework of consumers and users. To make this guarantee effective, it is vital to keep the document or supporting document for the purchase provided to you by MARCELONA.
Users are hereby informed that the pictures and descriptions of the products offered on our website are only for illustration purposes and meant as a guideline, thus possibly differing from the original. Both descriptions and illustrations are not of contractual nature but merely informative.
In the event of an item having any flaw or defect not attributable to an inadequate use or not following care instructions during the guarantee period of 14 working days from the reception of the package, you must immediately inform MARCELONA of this by sending an e-mail to the customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to be able to manage the incident properly as soon as possible.
The customer will receive an invoice at the email address provided for this purpose. The document of guarantee is the purchase invoice that the customer will receive when the order will be dispatched.
The customer is responsible of the confirmation of the receipt of notifications and to inform us of any modification data, leaving MARCELONA exempted from any liability for this circumstance.
From that moment and in accordance with the established delivery terms (see delivery times below) we will proceed to the delivery and delivery of the order. MARCELONA declines all responsibility in reference to causes beyond its control that prevent delivery. The client will be informed at all times of what happened and will be offered with alternative solutions.
All our products are indicated with the correspondent price in the site, except in case of mistake. In case we detect that the product the User has ordered has an omission in price, we will inform you rapidly and we will give you the option to reconfirm the order with the right price or to cancel it. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and we will refund the payment done.
In case you discover an incorrect price (even after we confirm you the order), we are not forced to provide you the product with the incorrect price.
All the prices indicated in the website are in Euros(€) and include the VAT to realize the purchase inside the European Union. Shipping costs and customs duties fees are not included in price.
Please consider that international shipments outside the European Union, might have some additional taxes, customs and duties fees once the shipment reaches your country. We can not control or predict these charges, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. We recommend requesting information at your local customs office to calculate any eventual additional fees.
According to current legislation all the orders placed in this site are conditioned to apply VAT to customers in Spain and countries of the EU. In special cases of taxation, as Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, or others, will be applied the applicable tax.
The shipping fees will be added to your order while the check-out process, and might change depends on which country your order is shipped to.

The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Preparation for deliveries takes place during working days.
All the products will be dispatched with a wrapping that it is included in Price.
9.- Delivery times
It takes 24 hours to prepare your order in our warehouse as long as there is product availability and payment has been received correctly. Next and on working day we deliver the order to Seur to make the shipment. If the purchase is made on a holiday day, the shipment will be made the first business day after the order.
MARCELONA is released from the obligation to deliver the product and declines all responsibility in the case of total or partial non-payment of the amount. Also in the case of omission or inaccuracy of the information expressed by the customer in the purchase process described above in the section "Purchase Process".Seur delivery times are:

10.- Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process and will depend on the destination.

If you want to exchange a size and/or color garment send us an email with your order number indicating the changes you want to make.
At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it.
Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items to return must keep their original packaging.
In the case of a defective product MARCELONA will take charge of the transport of collection and of the new delivery of the product if it were available in stock. In case of not being available, MARCELONA undertakes to inform the client of the estimated time of replacement and, in the event of not being able to deliver the product, we commit ourselves to refund the amount.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to make returns, provided that the product is in perfect conditions, unwashed, with the label and packaging intact. If you want to return a garment please send us an email to email@example.com and send it to our address indicating your order number. Once we have received and checked, we will return the money. The shipping costs will not be returned.

Except in cases of express liability for defects or errors by MARCELONA, the shippings costs will always be at the customer's expense. Our company is not responsible for the misuse of any of our products.
