1.- Data controller.
Privacy matters, so you need to understand how MARCELONA collects and processes your personal information.
This Privacy Policy is intended to help you better understand how we collect, use, share and store your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.marcelona.com (hereinafter “Website”).
2.- Purpose of data processing.

C. Data provided through sending the Newsletter:
To manage the subscription and/or unsubscribe from the Newsletter.

3.- Data preservation.
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the data subject does not requested their deletion or, where applicable, as long as the commercial relationship between the parties is maintained as of the last confirmation of interest of the User, in such cases they must be destroyed or returned to their controller; the same destination must be given to any support or documents containing any personal data subject to processing. All this without to the existence of a legal provisions that requires the retention of certain data or that these may be useful in the event of defense a contractual claim arising from the provision of agreed services or for audit purposes and to comply with the law, except when we receive a valid erasure request.
4.- Legitimation for data processing.

MARCELONA will not transfer the data in any case to third parties unless a legal obligation prevails.

The User may exercise the following rights, provided in the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5th December, on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee (LOPDGDD) RGPD, in relation to the processing of his/her personal data:

7.- Social Media.
Operation of social media is not controlled by MARCELONA and therefore the information published will be shared by all Users viewing it. Furthermore, these social networks permit interaction with other users.
The purpose of using social media is to make advertising and provide visibility for the products of MARCELONA. We do not identify with the opinions expressed by others or with the ideology of the profiles. MARCELONA reserves the right to delete any content published by others that is unlawful or incites others to unlawfulness. It also reserves the right to block or report the profile posting these messages.

The data collected in all private communications between MARCELONA and Users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, MARCELONA is committed to the obligation of secrecy of personal data, to its duty to save them and take all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss and unauthorized access or processing, in accordance with the provisions of the rules applicable to Security Measures of automated processing containing personal data.
